Every truly wealthy person knows, understands, and practices the principle of tithing. In fact, some of the richest people on earth regularly practice this wonderful habit. A tithe is simply giving one tenth of your income away to a cause, which you believe has value, especially spiritual value to bless and uplift the lives of others. In the bible the tithe specifically was given to the priests to sustain the priesthood. In turn, God would bless the land by causing the businesses to flourish because of their obedience in taking care of the house of God. The tithe is generally given to the house that feeds you spiritually, where you get your spiritual nourishment.
